Pioneer of Kali in Lebanon in 1993, and of Pencak Silat in 2008, Guro Joe Habis is one of the highest ranking and leading ambassadors of Kali Sikaran in the world. President and founder of the Nation
al Kali Committee in Lebanon, he is the Middle East Coordinator of the International Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation (IKAEF), and the founder of the "Dojo", School of Martial Arts, in Beirut. In 2003, he introduced Kali to the Psychomotricity Department of the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, and in 2006 to the Lebanese Special Forces, as well as Law Enforcement and security professionals. Student of the founder of Kali Sikaran, Punong Guro Jeff Espinous since 1989, Guro Joe Habis created " The Kali Circle ", in 1993, which is today the oldest Kali Sikaran school in the world.
