Every sport your child will ever get involved with starts with the same three things: balance, coordination, and body awareness. Gymnastics is the only sport that trains all three from day one, which is exactly why so many other sports use it as their base. The earlier kids learn to control their bodies during movement, the more confident (and safer) they are in every physical activity that follows.

Congratulations Justin Spencer on an amazing performance at the 2026 Commonwealth Games!

This was a HUGE stage, and Justin represented the Cayman Islands with pride, courage, and heart. Finishing as 1st reserve for the Commonwealth Games final is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of Justin and how well he represented our country.

A special thank you to Coach Kyle Perry for the many hours spent with our athletes and for his dedication to help them be their best.
