I’m beyond grateful for this community. 💖🫶🏼
Looking back on the Swim Instructor Retreat in October is giving me all the feels again.
The conversations, support, and the way everyone just showed up for each other has stayed with me far beyond those few days!!
Since then, so much love, advice, and everyday sharing that has come from these incredible humans. We speak almost everyday, which says everything!
This career feels lonely a lot of the time.
I spend so much of my days behind a computer or in the water with under 3.5 year olds, and it’s easy to forget that I’m part of something bigger.
This retreat reminded me how powerful community can be, and how energising it is to be surrounded by people who get it.
Just feeling grateful today as this year is coming to an end 🌊💙
