Congratulations to Zach Andresen on winning the First Biannual World Youth Jenga Championships!
The double elimination matchplay started off strong with Zach Andresen winning his first match against Braden Mallasch in a close match. We also saw the young gun Jake Bockstie take a commanding win against Brandon Bohn in the same round.
The hot streak continued for Zach against Jake in a tough match allowing him to guarantee a spot in the championship. In the losers bracket we saw Braden take a quick win against Brandon. Next, Braden took on Jake in a very close and extended game to send himself to the championship match.
The final match is true double elimination giving Zach another match if he were to lose. Braden looking for revenge came up just short in the finals allowing Zach to take home the Gold in a flawless victory!
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow to crown the doubles champion!
