Seoul National University CrossFit 스누와드 SNUWOD Seoul National University CrossFit was established in May 2014 as an official club in Seoul National University. No Excuses! 스누와드에 오신것을 환영합니다!

안녕하세요 서울대학교 크로스핏&아웃도어 동아리 스누와드입니다.

스누와드는 2014년 5월 창립되어 현재 동아리연합회 소속으로 활동하고 있으며, 2015년 7월, 크로스핏 공식 지부(아시아 첫 비영리 대학지부)로 등록되었습니다. 매주 주3 월, 수, 금 저녁 8시에 종합체육관(71동) 3층에 있는 WODplace 에서 운동을 진행합니다. 또한 매주 토요일에는 야외운동과 양재 크로스핏 제스트에서 운동을 진행하고 있습니다. Seoul National University CrossFit became one of official CrossFit Affiliates in July 2015, which makes itself the first non-profit University Affiliate in Asia. W

e workout on a regular basis--three times a week, on monday, wednesday and friday at 8 PM--at our legit WODplace located on the 3rd Floor of Main Gym(Bldg No.71) in Seoul National University. Every saturday we go out for outdoor activities and train at the CrossFit Zest at Yangjae station.
