haha, it's so long time we haven't been doing anything~
cuz we have been so busy in each life(clumsy excuse;;)
but fortunately we have made up many things together.
Master Hong who was the head master of ur class settled in Gwachun, near Seoul,
Master Leo who talked a lot in english in ur class moved into England for his master program,
n me, who was the camera man in ur class, hm... hasn't had something special, lol
this is our recent news.

anyway, today, i uploaded a video of us which is our last performance doing TKD with rhythm.
enjoy it n copy us if u like it!! it's fun n great!!

I'm Master Lim who were a camera men in Taekwondo class.
I hope that you guys had a great time with us.
And do you guys remember what i said about the video which will upload on our page of FB?
I believe it will be done until the end of this month, so after August, you guys come find your video.

The poomsae is a series of movements for offense and defense techniques which can be practiced and trained by yourself, in accordance with the fixed pattens.

Let's try it at home or in quiet place to wake your body up!
