Heyday CrossFit is a CrossFit gym located in Mullrae-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The gym is on the ground floor, which is one of the few in Seoul, so it provides a spacious and pleasant workout environment.
Our coaches offer high-quality classes based on rich experience and multiple certificates such as CSCS, CES, CrossFit Lv.3. (and yes, we are English-friendly!)
We offer monthly membership or one-day drop-in. Book classes by DM on Instagram or e-mail.
This location is easily accessible by public transport and has plenty of parking space.
