Until December 2024, he will enter the Jincheon National Training Center as a member of the Korean national team
and will fight and complete from an athlete representing the Alliance Korean team to an athlete representing the Republic of Korea

I want to say that I am truly honored and very proud of you as a teacher

And I wish to see other colored belts next time those who could not make up to the meeting!

I would like to say thank you for always being diligent in training without being lazy
Also thank you for giving me another precious memory!

JIU JITSU AND THE CHILDREN'S BRAIN 🥋🧠

Children's brains are like little sponges, eager to make as many neurological connections as possible.

These connections in the brain are made in response to stimulus, the more children can be exposed

when they are young, the more connections and capacities they will develop and retain through the rest of their lives.

Jiu-Jitsu is a sport that develops and stimulates several of these skills in a single class.
