CTA-ITF History Since 1993-94 the Taekwon-Do ITF arrived in Cambodia. Starting in Olympic Club, Body Building Training Hall, Olympic Stadium, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This training center was ruled by Mr. Son Hot (the former body building Champion) and trained by international coach Master PAK CHHEL MIN, 6th Dan ITF black belt, from DPRK, and supported by MoYES, Cambodia Gov. There were more than Hundred TKD lovers trainee ITF, only 8 trainees could passed the 1st degree exam and grant the ITF certificate, Dr. RD is the one among those. In 1995, Dr. RD assigned to be a trainer of one new club/the 1st ITF club, is the Youth Club. In 1996, CTA-ITF Organized One Tournament supported by International Taekwon-Do Federation and all local supporters... Since Started to Present there are 4 international coachs from DPRK; 1-1994-1998, Master Pak Chhel Min, 6th Dan, 2-1999-2002, Master Ho Dasik, 6th Dan, 3-2003-2005, Master Chon Si Hwan, 6th Dan, 4-2006-2012, Master Ri Chol Nam, 6th Dan...
