Our first Intro Class! This is the start of our journey to to be mindful of their surroundings and to equip with them the necessary skills to defend ourselves.

It was very informative, thanks to Tom's wealth of experience and colourful background.

Back in 2020, I saw the need of a class. Being alone and a woman in Cambodia, my friends' concern was always "Is it safe?" I always say . If u know how to defend yourself, if u watch out for your surroundings, u will lower your risk a lot.

When I have lived in Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺, Clovis, NM, USA 🇺🇲, Goodyear, AZ, USA 🇺🇲, and traveled to so many countries, I observe, I listen, I learn.

is the brainchild of Hoonie when I finally found a right partner, Tom, for the . He is highly qualified and definitely the right partner for me for this program.
