WE’RE HIRING — CLUB MANAGER
Zoezi Fitness Club is looking for a motivated and organised Club Manager to join our team at Ananas Mall, Thika.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym
• Handle membership enquiries, sales and renewals
• Coordinate staff and rosters
• Maintain accurate membership, payment and expense records
• Ensure excellent customer service and facility standards
• Monitor equipment, maintenance and stock
• Assist with marketing and membership growth
• Prepare weekly reports
Requirements
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good customer service and sales skills
• Comfortable with computers and basic financial records
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is an advantage
