♟️ IN MEMORY OF HAWI KALOKI 🕊️
Totus Elite Chess Club joins the larger Chess Kenya community in mourning the loss of a Chess Champion and a mentor to many young chess players.
Hawi’s passion, talent and contribution to the game touched and inspired many within the chess fraternity. His presence on the board will be deeply missed, but his influence and legacy will live on through the players he inspired.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, teammates and the entire chess community during this difficult time.
Go well, Hawi Kaloki. 🕊️
May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Chess is no longer just a pastime it is becoming a national priority.

With the Government of Kenya set to include chess in the Competency Based Education (CBE) curriculum, doors are opening for young minds to develop critical thinking, discipline, and competitive skills from an early age.

At **Totus Elite Chess Club**, we are proud to be part of this growing movement, nurturing talent and preparing the next generation of strategic thinkers and champions.

The future of chess in Kenya is bright and it has already begun.
