Find our Kid's @ 🚩KURA Park on 🗓️Sat & Sun 2-5 pm and our Seniors at 👳Asian Quarters. Our passion is skating🛼 & issues affecting 🚸 kids and youth in our community✊.

How to Build a Solid Skate Routine

Aim for 2–3 sessions per week: Even focused 30-minute sessions are better than random, exhausting, all-day marathons.

Focus on fundamentals: Practice basic glides, edge control, and stops to strengthen your foundation.

Off-skate training: Incorporate flexibility and balance exercises into your days off to ensure your body is always primed

As Mt.Kenya Skating Club 🔌powered by Nyeri County Skating Association, we extend our congratulations 👏🏾👏🏾 to Skater Kevin Kiarie for securing two gold medals at the recently concluded Africa Skating Championships (Cairo, Egypt) in both "Freestyle Skating" and "Classic Slalom Skating" category cementing his status as a top African Skater and putting Kenya🇰🇪 on the Global Skating Map

This coming a month after bagging another two medals at the International Skating Challenge (Cotonou, Benin in April 2026 - despite having to self- fund his journey is truly amazing!
