Gogrial West County Football Team Administration should avoid involving players when it comes to sacking and nomination of the coaches.
Gogrial West County Football Team Administration should learn from another team or club. This team is one of the strongest team ever but due to involvement of ineligible body to part in decision-making of selection of players and coaches have made it weakest over a couple of years now.
This time around we fans need a good coach with diverse experiences in football at least 7-8 years in the field of coaching or certificate he or she gained in his or her experience. The administration should post that position of coach so that any son or daughter of Gogrial West willing to serve with a good heart applies for the position. Gogrial West County citizens are not only in Juba here but in the state even across the world, if need this Gogrial West County Football Team to succeed then, we can build up the team with our collective responsibilities.
Beside that, some of our players look like they don't have a club that they are playing for. So we need a coach that has no compromises in regards to poor performance whether great players or not. I prefer only players with valid contracts with the club whether the 3rd, 2nd or 1st division team to nominate to play for the badge of Gogrial West County. We have good numbers of players in Kuajok and Wau who are far better than some I have seen.
For the success of the Gogrial West County Football Team, we need to eliminate whatsoever call Awan chan or Awan Mou, Kuac and Aguok in this team. Because I have seen it as one of the weaknesses among our weaknesses, I heard some of my county mate celebrating which is so disheartening. Now, it has become a tradition for neighboring county in which Gogrial West has no threat to any team when it comes to tournaments like Warrap State Peace Tournament, Bhar El Ghazal Counties Peace Tournament and many others more.
My opinion on the point of view for the Gogrial West County Football Team to progress well and make its fans shine like other fans who had enjoyed their happiness before. I prefer the top management to agree on themselves to avoid contradiction among themselves like some said, I am here as mony Awan chan or mony Awan Mou, mony Kuac and mony Aguok so I have to represent my community no, this is not what we want as fans. You guys gave us heartbreaking for so long.
Lastly, Gogrial West has got qualities of players, if they are not here in Juba, so administration of the team should work tirelessly to bring them to play for badge of Gogrial West County. Just strongest team like Gogrial West has never reached the final stage in their story.
The next formation of executives body needs to form base on their experiences with respect to the position. I'm so disappointed about the performance of the executives body too.
