Uko LIVE, unaona watu wanaingia…
Mmoja anaingia, anatoka.
Mwingine anaingia, anatoka.
Na unaanza kujiuliza:
“Mbona watu hawakai? Mbona hakuna mtu ananunua?” 😭
Lakini wacha nikwambie kitu:
Shida sio watu kutoka. Shida ni kwamba watu wachache sana ndio wanaingia live.
Fikiria ukiwa na 100 people kwa LIVE.
Watu 5 wakitoka, bado uko na 95.
Lakini k**a uko na 10 people tu, watu 2 wakitoka, unaanza kufeeli LIVE imekufa. 😂
So before ufocus sana kwa wale wanatoka, focus on increasing the number of people coming into your LIVE.
Na unafanya aje hiyo?
1️⃣ KUWA INTERESTING.
Watu hawatakaa kwa LIVE yako juu tu unauza.
Wape reason ya ku-watch.
Peana story.
Anything yenye inaweza make mtu astop na aseme,
“Ngoja nione hapa kunaendelea aje.”
The more interesting your LIVE is, the more people are likely to stay.
2️⃣ KUWA NA OFFER KALI.
Usingoje mtu aingie LIVE ndio uanze kumwambia unauza nini.
Uwe na offer yenye inamake mtu aseme:
“Hii kitu lazima niipate.”
Offer yako inafaa ikuwe so good that hata mtu akitoka kwa LIVE, anakumbuka hiyo offer na anataka kurudi kuinunua.
So k**a unaona watu wanaingia na kutoka…
don't panic.
First ask yourself:
“Niko na watu wengi wa kutosha kwa LIVE yangu?”
Juu ukiwa na watu 100, 5 wakitoka si big deal.
Lakini ukiwa na watu 10, 2 wakitoka una-feel kila mtu amekimbia. 😂

If you’ve been thinking,
“I want to start a business on tiktok live, what can I do?”
Let me tell you something from experience.
I work behind the scenes managing TikTok LIVE for two big construction companies that sell a lot through LIVE, and one thing I’ve learnt is that you don’t always need a lot of capital to start getting clients from LIVE.
Sometimes, you can start with a skill you already have.
Here are 3 ideas I’d consider:
1️⃣ NAIL TECH 💅
If you know how to do nails, go LIVE while you’re doing your own nails.
Let people watch you work.
Talk to them.
Show them the finished look.
And tell them your price — for example, “I charge KSh 1,000 for this.”
Someone watching might decide, “I want mine done too.”
That’s a potential client.
2️⃣ PRIVATE PARTY CHEF 👨🏾‍🍳
If you’re already cooking something good, go LIVE while you’re cooking.
Show the process.
Talk about the food.
Let people see what you can actually do.
Then mention that you also cook for private parties and events.
You’re not just telling people you’re a good chef.
You’re showing them.
3️⃣ EXAM TUTORING 📚
If you’re good at a subject, especially around exam season, go LIVE and teach.
Solve questions.
Explain difficult topics.
Give revision tips.
Let students see how you teach.
That LIVE can introduce you to someone looking for a tutor.
So if you want to start selling on TikTok LIVE but you don’t have money for stock, don’t only think about what you can sell.
Think about what you can do that someone else would pay for.
Because sometimes, your skill is the business.
