CROWN CHATS is a show I created to help educate and normalize the stigma behind mental health in ALL communities so I wanted to bring people from ALL races, genders and different backgrounds to understand my guest perspective of how they turned their traumas to triumphs.

The 3 main lanes I ❤ to talk about in CROWN CHATS is mental health, entrepreneurship, and breast cancer these are ALL topics I have experienced trauma and turned into triumph.

Before you unload your problems onto someone else, double check to see if they have the capacity to be there for you.

Despite what most believe EVERYBODY is going through it. Yes, its great to check in with your friends but can't take on everyone's load if you haven't put in the work for self.

Also, if you have a business this is something you need to allocate time for so you don't get lost in helping others that you don't help yourself.

Like the airplane analogy, you must put on your mask before you can help anyone else.

Even though most of us prefer to not go under pressure in most scenarios the fact is WE DO.
