Imagine KPA located in Mombasa County tenders for provision of Security Services, demands Approval licences from Kenya Private Security Regulatory Authority yet no Security firm in the country has been issued with any such licences as we are ALL waiting for the outcome of the concluded National Vetting exercise.
KPA has already awarded the tenders and as usual, none of the 43 Mombasa based Security firms under the umbrella - Mombasa Security Industry Association.
