Weillers FC, a proud two-time winner of the prestigious LYCBO SUPER CUP and holder of six major trophies, recently hosted a memorable celebration at Chitsukwa. The event, which brought together key figures from both the football and local government communities, was not only a tribute to the club's remarkable achievements but also a strategic effort to secure the club's financial future.

Joined by HE Fatuma Achani, the Governor of Kwale, alongside other distinguished guests, the occasion served as a platform for Weillers FC to reflect on their sporting triumphs and to chart a course for sustained growth. The presence of such influential figures underscored the club’s importance within the community, as well as its ambition to build lasting partnerships that will secure its long-term stability.

Through a successful harambee, a total of Kshs. 233,000 was mobilized, marking a significant step toward enhancing the club's financial foundation and ensuring its continued success.

🏆 Weillers FC Retain Title in Thrilling LYCBO SUPER CUP Grand Finale!

In a tightly contested grand final of the 2nd Edition of the LYCBO SUPER CUP attended by 800+ people, defending champions Weillers FC once again proved their dominance by edging out Mteke FC with a narrow 1-0 victory.

Mteke FC (Runners-up): Ksh 25,000, 1 Pair Jersey, 1 Ball

💉 Community Impact Beyond Football:
The event wasn't just about sports—100 Adolescents and Young People (AYPs) accessed essential health services, including HIV Testing Services (HTS) - 45, and Family Planning (FP) - 55. A commendable integration of health and sports for community well-being.

Kasemeni UTD Clinch Third Place in LYCBO Super Cup with 1-0 Win Over 45 FC

MWANGULU GROUNDS – Kasemeni United edged past 45 FC with a narrow 1-0 victory in the LYCBO Super Cup grand finals to secure third place in a tightly contested match held at Mwangulu Grounds.

The lone goal of the match proved enough for Kasemeni UTD to walk away with the bronze in this year’s competition. Both teams displayed determination and grit, but it was Kasemeni who managed to convert their chance and defend their lead until the final whistle.

In a tense and tightly contested match today, Mteke FC edged out Kasemeni UTD in dramatic fashion! After a goalless 90 minutes, the match was decided by a nail-biting penalty shootout, where Mteke FC triumphed 9-8.

This victory propels Mteke FC to the LYCBO Super Cup Grand Finals, where they will clash with Weillers FC from Vanga Ward in a high-stakes winner’s battle.
