Youth unemployment is currently a global crisis and the continent's time bomb by failing to invest the time, energy and resources needed to help these young people succeed, we’re jeopardising the future of both the nation and county's economy. To address the challenges that young people face especially those involved in Sports in Lamu County like Lamu queens, Islanders, Chundwa FC and the others. Today i paid a courtesy call to Mr.Rashid E. Mohamed. CS Ministry of sports and Heritage who committed to support in nurturing youth talents in partnership with my office. Mr. Rashid has promised to support a tournament in Lamu county and create a pipeline that will see the best team get to participate the national level.
