Diani Tigers Studio is a community-based organization registered with the Ministry of Social Service, Msambweni, Kwale County. Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art that emphasizes the need for discipline and dedication in all the affairs we conduct as the human race in order to achieve our goals. Concentration and physical fitness assist us in achieving our goals. The Club is working to support and a

dvocate for the participation of local youth in sports; ensuring the long-term health and fitness of the youth as well as providing positive activities for them to engage in. The Club aims to provide positive role models for the youth to emphasize that with some concentration, dedication and discipline, all is possible for these youth. The Club works in partnership with local communities to facilitate talent identification and development of the sport of Taekwondo, participation in community service projects, life skills training and advice on income-generating activities. Today, the greatest threat to our youth is a lack of skill sets that can translate into an income as well as the lack of knowledge or motivation to look for avenues of improving their skills. The Club takes one afternoon every 14 days to bring in a trainer where the youth are advised on various courses such as carpentry, secretarial, what is required to join the military or police as well as other job markets. Those still in school are encouraged to remain in school and work hard. We are happy to report that two of our students are now with the Kenya Defense Force. Our motto: Concentration, Dedication, Discipline & Physical Fitness
