Our little champs here. By stepping forward, they show others the way to climbing the podium and bagging medals. These ones here participated in this year's East African Games that were held in Kakamega. They made our camp proud. Next year, we will do even better.

As we step into the month, we march with energy and zeal to keep the grind through the last three weeks of the holiday training, happening at the Kericho TTC.

We appreciate the parents and guardians of all our trainees for turning up yesterday to check on our progress. It was a moment of motivation for us all.

What a delivery from Mercy Chepngeno! Once again, she bagged another podium win in the Track and Field BETIKA Series held in Machakos TTC, in Machakos County.

Mercy Chepngeno won the 1,500m women's race, adding to her cabinet yet another trophy and Ksh. ,150,000. A hearty Congratulations to you Mercy.
This is her speedwork preparation for National X-Country Championship to be held in Eldoret Sports Club next weekend.

We thank the organizers of the race and continue to support our trainees in their endeavour for more medals. Les-Sap fraternity is proud of you little champ. Keep shining and keep winning.
