APPRECIATION
I would like to sincerely thank the Zone V President and the Uganda Volleyball Federation for the opportunity to serve in the Zone V Competitions.

It was a wonderful week of exciting matches played at a very high standard, showcasing the talent, competitiveness, and growth of volleyball in our region.
My appreciation also goes to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the excellent teamwork, as well as the Zone Technical Team, led by Daniel and Innocent, for their dedication and professionalism throughout the tournament.
To all participating teams, thank you for your cooperation and commitment during the competition. You demonstrated the high standard of volleyball within our region, and I believe the next Zone V competition will be even more competitive. Congratulations to all of you on your outstanding performances.

Special thanks go to the referees for a job well done; the Secretariat, led by Phoebe; the Control Committee, led by President Nyaberi and Eunice; the scorers; the Electronic Scoresheet team led by Alphonse from Rwanda; the volunteers; athletes; coaches; team managers; fans who attended the matches; the media team led by Spot S; the host hotels; the transport department; security personnel; and the medical team for their tremendous support throughout the competition.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the success of this event. May God bless you all, and I look forward to working together again in the future.

Congratulations to Team Kenya (WAFALME) for winning the Africa Zone V Olympic Qualifier in impressive fashion, without losing any match in round-robin format.
This outstanding achievement secures the sole Zone V slot at the Africa Cup of Nations/Olympic Qualifiers, scheduled for September in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Well done to the players, coaches, and support staff. Wishing the team continued success in the next stage.

Leadership is a journey that comes through continuous learning, growth, and experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a member of the Zone V Competition Committee during the Zone V Championships, which began on 1 June and will conclude on 6 June 2026.

This experience has been a valuable learning process, and I sincerely thank the Zone V President and all Zone V members for the trust and opportunity they have given me to contribute and grow. I look forward to continuing to learn, serve, and support the development of volleyball in our region.
