🎿 Recruitment for the 2025–26 Japan Ski Instructor Team is officially open!
Do you love skiing? Have you ever thought about sharing your passion with others?
If you enjoy the snow, like challenges, and are ready to step out of your comfort zone, we warmly invite you to join our ski instructor team for the 2025–26 season!
📍 Location: Echigo Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, Japan
We are a ski school founded by a local Japanese team, combining local culture with powder snow experiences. We are looking for passionate and responsible instructors like you.
Please prepare the following documents in advance:
✅ Resume (CV)
✅ Copy of instructor certification
🎥 Short skiing video (optional but a plus!)
⛷️ This is not just a job; it’s a real “live in the snow country” experience.
Teach skiing on soft powder snow in the mornings, relax in natural hot springs in the evenings, and share hot pot and stories with friends from around the world at night.
What you teach is not only skills but might become a lifetime memory for someone.

"Pod Snowsports" is an international ski and snowboard school located in the heart of the snow country, Echigo Yuzawa.
Our experienced instructors have taught all around the world.
You will be welcomed like a friend and have the chance to experience unique Japanese culture and customs.
We are the official ski and snowboard school of Yuzawa Kogen and offer lessons at all ski resorts in and around Yuzawa.
While teaching our VIP clients, enjoy a wonderful time in Japan.
