ブラジル、ペルー、メキシコからの研修員たちが帰国のため、日本を離れました。
みなさん大変お疲れ様でした。母国に戻っても頑張ってくださいね！

ブラジル・ペルー・メキシコから来た、今年度の研修生が村岡知事を表敬訪問しました。
金崎スージーさん、山下マジョリーさん、カストロ・ロドリゴさん、エレラ・ディアナさん、小野寺庄一さんの５名は、ほぼ半年の間それぞれの専門分野での知識を深めながら日本文化を体験することになります。みなさん、頑張ってください！！
Governor Muraoka just welcomed this year’s kenshuusei (trainees) and from Brazil, Peru and Mexico to Yamaguchi.
Kanezaki Suzy, Yamash*ta Marjorie(Brazil), Castro Rodrigo, Herrera Diana(Peru) and Onodera Shoichi (Mexico) will be staying with us for about half a year and deepening their knowledge in their respective fields while enjoying the local culture. We wish them all the best!

山口県滞在中のハワイのホノルル山口県人会の皆さんが、４月１２日、大津緑洋高校水産校舎を訪問し交流を行いました。同校は毎年、大型漁業実習船「海友丸」での遠洋航海実習の際ホノルルに寄港し、ホノルル山口県人会の皆さんと交流を行っています。
この度の交流では、毎年現地で大変お世話になっているホノルル山口県人会の皆さんへのお礼の気持ちを込めて、記念品としてノットボードを一緒に作成しました。皆さん楽しそうでしたよ！

On April 12, those from Honolulu Yamaguchi Kenjinkai (Hawaii) currently visiting Yamaguchi Prefecture met and had exchanges with Otsuryokuyo High School Fisheries School. Every year, the high school boards a large marine training ship, Kaiyuumaru, and sets on an ocean voyage where they land in Honolulu and have exchanges with those from Honolulu Yamaguchi Kenjinkai.
During this visit, the high school wanted to repay the kindness that they receive every year, so together with Honolulu Yamaguchi Kenjinkai, they made knot boards as a memento for the occasion. Everyone looks like they had a lot of fun!

ハワイのホノルル山口県人会の１１名の方が、３月３０日から４月１３日まで、県民との交流や観光のため山口県に滞在します。４月２日に山口市入りし、着物や袴の体験をしたり、山口日米協会のみなさんと歌やダンスで楽しく交流をしました。４日には、村岡山口県知事と柳居山口県議会議長を表敬訪問し、山口県への想いが語られました。

Eleven people from Honolulu Yamaguchi Kenjinkai in Hawaii are in Yamaguchi Prefecture from March 30th to April 13th to exchange with the people in Yamaguchi and tour the area. On April 2nd, they came to Yamaguchi City, experienced wearing kimonos and hakamas, and had a fun exchange with those from the Yamaguchi Japan-America Society through song and dance. On the 4th, they paid a courtesy visit to Yamaguchi Prefecture Governor Muraoka and Yamaguchi Prefectural Assembly Chairperson Yanai and talked about their thoughts on Yamaguchi Prefecture.
