Tee Off Time: 0700 - Shotgun Start
**Weather: Determination made early Tuesday morning. This email will be use to broadcast info.
Show Time for check-in: 0500-0630, plan accordingly to help reduce crowding during check in. Showing up early is best.
*We will all meet on the putting green at 0640 for rules and a photo.

COVID Requirement:
* 2m/6ft separation while at course and picnic area
* Mask up based on vaccination status while checking in, receiving food, or not eating while at restaurant or picnic area
* While in restaurant, putting green, or club house please maintain proper social distancing
* Use available hand sanitizer
Format: Stroke Play
Amateurs = Gross/Net
Professionals = Gross
Divisions: (We may adjust based on how many players in each division)
* Professional (Men - Black Tee – 55+ paly from Blue Tee) (Women – Blue Tee)
* A-Flight (Black Tee - 55+ paly from Blue Tee) 0-7 HC
* B-Flight (White Tee) 8-11 HC
* C-Flight (White Tee) 12-15 HC
* D-Flight (White Tee) 16-36 HC
* Ladies (Amateur Ladies: Red Tee – Ladies Professional Players: Blue Tee)
* Event Cost: (Amateurs)
* Event Fee: 6,000 JPY + Playing Fee - Paying in exact change is appreciated
* Event Cost: (Professionals)
* Total: 7,000 JPY - Paying in exact change is appreciated
Includes:
* Breakfast (Clubhouse restaurant – Breakfast Burrito & Coffee)
* Lunch (Tama Hills Recreation Area – American style BBQ)
* Drawings for Prizes (A lot of prizes)
* Flight Winners – Gross/Net (Amount determined on how many players/funds available)
* 4x Near Pin Gifts
* Hole in One = $200 Cash

Score Card reflects Tee Position (Blk, Blue, Wht, Red)
Rules:
* Stroke Play
* Gimme Putts Allowed – Within Grip (Amateurs Only in B-Flight, C-Flight, D-Flight and Ladies Flight)
* If you hit a shot that may be lost or OB, hit a provisional just in case
* Pace of play is important, keep up with group ahead of you.
* For Par 3s, wave up group waiting on tee box up to green
* Limit searching for lost balls to 3min, hit provisional in case where you’re not sure
* One score card per player (Provided) – use only gross score on card (numbers only, no dashes, circles ect.)
* Turn in score card immediately upon completion
Course/Event Fee:
* ID Card Members: Cost is based on your status (Daily Fee or Annual Membership)
* Annual ID Card members and Honarary Members will check in with Pro-Shop and then bring receipt to check-in table to pay Event Fee – 6,000 JPY – Paid in Yen.
* Honorary Full Members (Those that can play all days): Cart Fee, $20.00
o JPY Rate:
* $1 to 119 JPY = 2,380 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,380 JPY
* $1 to 120 JPY = 2,400 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,400 JPY
* $1 to 121 JPY = 2,420 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,420 JPY
* $1 to 122 JPY = 2,440 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,440 JPY
* $1 to 123 JPY = 2,460 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,460 JPY
* $1 to 124 JPY = 2,480 + 6,000 Event Fee = 8,480 JPY
* Guest (Play Fee and Cart): $140 US Dollars: (This is the holiday/weekend rate)
o JPY Rate:
* $1 to 119 JPY = 16,660 + 6,000 Event Fee = 22,660 JPY
* $1 to 120 JPY = 16,800 + 6,000 Event Fee = 22,800 JPY (Used as of 16 Nov 2021)
* $1 to 121 JPY = 16,940 + 6,000 Event Fee = 22,940 JPY
* $1 to 122 JPY = 17,080 + 6,000 Event Fee = 23,080 JPY
* $1 to 122 JPY = 17,220 + 6,000 Event Fee = 23,220 JPY
* Professional Players
* Guest Professional Players: 7,000 JPY (Not involved in prize drawings)
BBQ:
* Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Chips, Soda, Water
* Once player turns in scorecard to event staff, then proceed to Tama Hills Recreation Area (Picnic area next to putt-putt golf area)

* This is for the Gate Access Letter (Information only used for access control and is destroyed once event is completed)
