Participants in Preschool and Learn‑to‑Swim Level 2+ must have a current swim evaluation on file.
Bring your evaluation to ODR when you make payment.

Taking place Saturday, Sep 5 – Monday, Sep 7, this intermediate‑level trek leads you to the highest peak of the Shirakami‑Sanchi range — 1,235 meters above the coast — inside a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for the largest remaining virgin beech forest in East Asia.
Shirakamidake’s steep ascent and unpredictable weather make every climb a true adventure. Clear‑sky summits reward hikers with sweeping views of the Sea of Japan and endless beech forests below.

🕔 Departs 5:00 AM — Returns 6:00 PM
💲 $225 per person
🔞 Ages 18+

Important Requirements:
Participants must wear hiking boots, long pants, and bring appropriate layers such as a rain jacket and rain pants.
Cotton clothing, jeans, and sneakers are NOT permitted.
