養神館精晟会会長の松尾先生からのご紹介でロシアサマラの養神館オレイシャ先生と門下生5名と一緒に稽古を行いました。交流ができて大変良かったと存じます。
稽古内容は手刀動作の巻突を使った応用技を行いました。

Through an introduction from Matsuo Sensei, President of Yoshinkan Seiseikai, I had the pleasure of training with Olesya Sensei and five students from Yoshinkan Samara, Russia. It was a wonderful opportunity for international exchange.
During the session, we focused on applied techniques using "Makizuki" (winding thrust) from Tegatana movements. I am truly grateful for this meaningful connection.

一部稽古をお休みと致します。

5/17（日）
第13回東日本合気道つくり競技大会を武蔵野総合体育館で開催するため、
一部稽古を休みと致します。
以下行う稽古を掲載します。

朝稽古　　　07:00～08:00
少年クラス　08:30～09:30
一般クラス　18:30～20:00

5/24（日）
第57回東日本学生合気道競技大会が国士舘大学町田キャンパスで開催するため、
一部稽古をお休みに致します。
以下行う稽古を掲載します。

少年クラス　08:30～09:30

一般クラス　14:30～16:00
一般クラス　18:30～20:00

6/21（日）
昇級昇段審査を東京道場で開催します。

Thank you for your continued support. Due to several upcoming events hosted by the Shodokan Aikido Federation, some regular classes at the Tokyo Dojo will be cancelled or modified during May and June.
Please see the revised schedules for the following dates:

Event: 13th East Japan Aikido Tsukuri Tournament (Musashino General Gymnasium)
The following classes will be held:
• Morning Class: 07:00 – 08:00
• Junior Class: 08:30 – 09:30

Event: 57th East Japan Student Aikido Tournament (Kokushikan University, Machida Campus)

4/25 シフィールド大学出身のジェームズさんが東京道場にお越し頂き一緒に稽古を致しました。
当日の朝稽古から午前の一般の部に参加され汗を流しました。

On April 25th, James, an alumnus of the University of Sheffield, visited the Tokyo Dojo to train with us. He joined both the early morning practice and the morning general session, working up quite a sweat alongside everyone. It was a pleasure having him!

4/14昭道館合気道連盟東京道場の第一回目の稽古はジェイミーさんが来て頂き一緒に稽古をしました。
ジェイミーさんはなんと国分寺市で見つけたBARを大変気に入り東京道場の記念タオルをお店に寄贈し宣伝をしてくださいました。
たくさんのご支援を頂き誠にありがとうございました。

On April 14th, we held our very first practice at the Shodokan Aikido Federation Tokyo Dojo, and we were delighted to have Jamie join us.
Jamie has become quite a fan of a bar he discovered in Kokubunji! He even donated our dojo's commemorative towel to the shop to help spread the word about us. We are truly grateful for all your wonderful support, Jamie. Thank you so much!

ゴールデンウイーク期間の稽古についてお知らせします。
4/25（土）はプレオープン期間として東京道場で稽古ができます。
4/26（日）は10:00から昭道館東京合気道開館記念演武会を開催します。
4/27（月）～5/2（土）は道場は休館となります。
5/3（日）・5/4（月）・5/5（火）はオープン特別クラスとして朝10:00～11:30の1コマのみ稽古を行います。
これらは無料となりますので是非参加をお待ちしております。

Notice Regarding Practice During the Golden Week Period

We would like to inform you of our schedule for the Golden Week holidays.

April 25 (Sat): The Tokyo Dojo will be open for practice as part of our pre-opening period.
April 26 (Sun): We will hold the Shodokan Tokyo Aikido Opening Commemorative Demonstration starting at 10:00 AM.
April 27 (Mon) – May 2 (Sat): The dojo will be closed.
May 3 (Sun), May 4 (Mon), and May 5 (Tue): Special “Open Classes” will be held for one session only, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
