I need to tell you the truth about this event.
It’s just over a week away, and I haven’t said much about it yet.
Not because I forgot.
But because I’ve been sitting with something real.
When I first named Rich B*tch Energy, I thought I knew what it was about.
Boldness. Confidence. Power.
I wanted it to feel loud, unapologetic, and a little disruptive.
And that still holds.
But a few weeks ago, I was asked—What’s your actual intention behind this event?
And I couldn’t answer.
Not because I didn’t have one.
Because the truth had shifted—quietly—but I hadn’t caught up to it yet.
Then in a mastermind call, someone dropped the phrase:
Integrity income.
And my whole body said: That’s it.
That’s what I’ve been circling.
That’s what I’ve felt in my chest but couldn’t quite say out loud.
This isn’t just about making more.
It’s about making it without losing yourself.
I’ve made money in ways that drained me.
That required me to overdeliver, overperform, override my own needs.
And yeah—I got paid.
But it came at a cost.
If you’ve ever said “it’s not about the money”—this is what you meant.
It’s not that we don’t want it.
We’re just done earning it in ways that disconnect us from ourselves.
Rich B*tch Energy is about something deeper now.
It’s about money that feels aligned.
Work that feels like truth.
Desire without apology.
It’s about earning in ways that actually feel good in your body—
not just impressive on paper.

And it’s for women who are done performing.
Done just “pushing through.”
