Damion Clarke Personal Trainer I am a fitness trainer. If you desire to get fit, whether you want to come to the gym or stay at home. I make your fitness my priority.

As a personal trainer I help my clients reach their goals no matter how far they may be. I offer tailor made work out programs for my clients at the studio or I can bring the gym to your home, at your convenience. I understand that people have busy lives and don't often have the time or the motivation to prioritize their fitness. Your fitness, is therefore, my priority. If you're looking to lose f

at, gain muscle, build endurance or tone up... I offer the steps you need to reach your personal goals and beyond. Pilates Central Jamaica, it is a well ventilated, clean, purpose made studio. Complete with mats, steps, free weights, medicine balls and sandbags etc. I also have an outdoor obstacle course on the property complete with tire courses, sledge hammers and tractor tires, for the more intense "Boot camp" workout programs I offer. My aim is to work at a pace and intensity level that suits you. I believe if we work together we will see results. Arrangements can be made Monday through Saturday between and after gym hours. When I was younger, I said to my uncle nike make you run faster, he said to me it wasn't the shoes. I didn't believe, until I got older I realized what he mean't. I got these, and I feel like that little boy, I feel like I running. Anyone else feeling motivated?

I have seen the progress of exercising. My workouts have been mostly cardio, and body weight resistance. Thinking about doing adding lifting. My goal for my fitness is to be able to do the things I do everyday, as well as maintain health. Bulking up has never been an aspiration. Why do you workout?

After a line up. I believe taking care of yourself isn't only about how much you weigh. Grooming and taking a shower, doing your laundry, folding your laundry, cooking meals, is part of your well being. Take care of yourself, and take care of those you are surrounded by.
