Pembroke Hall Rookies RFC Home of the Rookies Rugby Football Club (RRFC). One of Jamaica's Premier Rugby Union Teams. Our team consists of passionate individuals who love the sport.

Rookies Rugby Football Club is aimed to increase the awareness of rugby in Jamaica, more specifically Kingston. The club consists of three teams: 1) Male Team, 2) Female and 3) An Academy Team. We have affiliations with Norman Manley High, Spanish Town High and Kingston College to name a few.
