Hamstring focused Leg session
This is what I’m doing to grow my stick legs!
⚙️Seated Hamstring Curl — 2 sets (6–10 / 12–15)
⚙️RDL — 2 sets (8–12 / 12–15)
⚙️Belt Squat — 2 sets (6–10 / 12–15)
⚙️Single Leg Press — 2 sets per leg (10–15 / 15–20)
⚙️Leg Extensions (CAM 5) — 2 sets (12–15 / 15–20)
Don’t skip leg day…
