LH Fitness Studio is located in journeux street and is just a short walk from the bustling shops in St Helier. Run by Dave Lund and Ben Harding, we have 20 years of experience in physical training and gym culture. Our studio has been arranged to make use of the best space and includes a boxing ring and bags as well as monkey bars, benches, power rack and FREE weights. Our studio also contains Atla

Junior boxing 🥊 With summer fast approaching Luki&Law are now offering the chance for 12-16 year olds the chance to take part in our after school boxing club.

If your child is looking for something to take part in this summer, keeping active whilst making new friends and learning the sweet science then please contact us for more details.

Classes will start from the 26thJuly and will take place every Monday at 4:00pm for the next 6 weeks.

Well it’s seemed like a long time coming but here we are. LH gym is ready to reopen tomorrow morning🙂 Unfortunately we can only allow the personal trainers to use the gym at the moment to enable us to comply to 2m distance rule, once things change and we hope this won’t be too long we will welcome back our loyal and lovely LH members.

The LH team under the guidance of Big Ben have worked so hard over the last few weeks in making repairs, decorating and ensuring the gym is safe to others, what a fantastic job.

We can’t thank them enough for all there hard work. Lucas, Law, Clare, Dan and the rest of the crew. Marty for collecting all the rubbish to go to the tip, Frank for his risk assessment advice, Ritchie’s painting skills, Dan for the steel work, big Rory fixing the gym machines and Kim for dropping down that lovely chocolate cake. Amazing people.

We Raise a glass to you all. Cheers everybody, here’s to positive good thoughts and wishing everyone the best. Ben & Dave
