QiGong is magical, you need very little effort to achieve great results in terms of wellbeing, embodiment, and integration.
There are three main schools of Qigong:
🦋 Medical Qigong
🦋 Martial Qigong
🦋Spiritual Qigong
Of course from these three schools other paths sprang out, and it’s all legit 🙂
The beauty of Qigong is in its simplicity, even though it’s not simple. The theory is quite articulated and layered, but very well explained, so it becomes easy to absorbe and integrate into the exercises.
You can practice simple movements of more complex and challenging ones, and as long as you follow this structure you are going to feel great after class:
1. Focus your mind on one intention, what do you want to get from this class for example;
2. Make a brief salutation to your higher self for guidance and to open the meditative space;
3. Start with purging exercises to release turbid Qi… you don’t need that 🙂 😉
4. Follow with tonifying exercises to gather Qi and start to energize, yourself, your inner organs, your energy field;
5. Circulate the energy, make sure the Qi circulates and doesn’t get stuck anywhere, your inner and outer flow must be harmonious;
6. Centering exercises to align, balance, and stabilize the energy;
7. Closing salutation
I follow this structure in each class I practice, I pick and choose the movements I want to practice on each day, and I make sure my mind intention is clear and strong….and of course my breath is the key to the success of the class.
Here below is a full class you can practice at home.
This class has been extracted from my “Qigong Essential Course” I’m offering online, and if you are interested you can join the course at anytime and follow it at your own pace.
Enjoy the class, 💜💜💜💜
