My high school friend that is battling cancer is in a need of help and support.

She is kind, peaceful and beautiful soul. She is full of life and desire to help others.
She loves cats and organic gardening. She enjoys planting, in fact hers is one of the most beautiful gardens l have ever seen.
I hope to see her go back to her garden as l know how much plants give her joy.

As l was coming back from a wonderful hour of shiatsu massage l had to stop and just enjoy the amazing gift that nature had to share with me.

I think we are so caught up in this crazy doing , working, accomplishing,earning that we forget to stop and just be.

There was just me and the sunset.

It was all mine and l needed no one to share it with because l was enough.

We need to give ourselves a permition to take care of us, to enjoy the sunset, to be.

When we manage to do this for our selves and when we manage to do it with freedom of creating and doing what makes us happy than we are ready to share ourselves with others and be with others.

When was the last time you enjoyed and did something for your self without needing to share it or do it with others?

How are you spending your days of summer?

In company with friends, with a book or alone?
Or all three?😉

Today l choose to enjoy the day by my self in a company with two books that l have been wanting to start reading for a while.

Today is the day.

I choose me, the books, the wind, the sailboats in the water, the hot sand on the ground.

Life is good, we don't have to go to the distant beautiful places to feel good.

When we feel good within us we feel good every where, alone or in the company.

Enjoying the moment!🦸‍♀️

It is hard to break habits and automated behaviours that have been created in our past.

When we still hurt because of our past, it influences our present, we spend very little time here.

It influences our future because if we don't unblock, we will keep on caring the blockages into the future as well. Behaving and thinking in the same way as before.

If we want to change our life we need to do things in the way we haven't done them before.

Look, learn, heal and let go.

Pain, pain, and pain again is what we continuously feel when we fight our long inner wars.

We can do whatever we want to distract our selves but unless we look deep inside, and free them from the dungeons we created, we will not stop fighting them.

And we can't escape from our selves.

In the now is where we can change that, noticing what is happening how are we fighting them and how are they blocking
our lives.

It is our life and we get to choose do we want to continue living them or not?

Do we want to allow them to block us or not?

Do we want to create and live the life we deserve to live..... or not.

The choice is always ours.

And although it can be painful to go back and look where we created them, it is a hundred times more painful to continue living them daily.

It is ok to ask for help when we need it. Although we might know where they are coming from, it is not easy to stop fighting them just by being more aware of them.

There is a process that l will take you through to help you free your self of the constant battle you live daily.

Travelling is the best thing in life. Visiting, learning new things, tasting new food and drinks, seeing sights one has not seen before..... just what everyone of us needs l would say often, at least!🙂

Life brings situations into our lives.
Some times they are "positive" sometimes they are "negative".
We give it the meaning.

But they just are and they both pass.
Life is an eternal cycle of situations that come and go.

Often we are so afraid of what will happen and the unknown it brings that we fail to see the lesson.
We push away, we resist, judge, avoid.

If we avoid we don't learn, and than.....
The lesson comes back again repeating it self in similes situations.
This is why we live them over and over again, until we learn.

Last minute decision, unusual way of flying in the airplane, mask is suffocating but it is what it is.

It is so frustrating to feel we can't make right decisions for our selves.

We have all been there, feeling so down or scared or lost that we allowed others to make the decision for us.

Feeling the weight of responsibility , or fear of making a mistake can be paralyzing but also so negative for our self esteem.

Why do we give our power to the others?
Why do we not believe that we have all it takes to make the decisions right for us?

Often when we were little, we were brought up to believe others know better.

So we never learned to trust our intuition, our inner compass.

Sometimes we payed a high price for making a decision,that we are terrified of making another mistake again.

What ever the reason, our life is our own responsibility and we need to make decisions right for us.

The sooner we start the better it is .

Do you believe in life lessons, situations showing up in your life to teach you?

Teach you what?

Teach you what you need to learn, about life, you, other people, values, experiences, destiny, power of love, success, fears, mistakes.... many different lessons.

Or do you think that life is planned, that you have total control over what happens to you?

I believe that control is an illusion.
We can only control what depends on us, our emotions, reactions, thoughts.

And Covid-19 has thought us that in the best way.

All of a sudden all that we were certain of was not certain any more, all the things that functioned in a certain way are not functioning any more, in the same way.

I believe that what ever shows up in our life is here to teach us.

And the inner compass can guide us if we allow it to.

But often we do every thing in our power to block the learning.

Often we don't do it on purpose but the uncomfortable emotions are hard to sit with so we push away.

Have you ever thought that if you didn't push away, things would end sooner?

So we might as well accept, observe, be more present and learn.
