Strength Camp (Group Training)

Petite, consistent, but no real shape.
Her problem wasn’t fat loss, It was lack of muscle.

So we didn’t diet her, we built her:
✔️ Calorie surplus
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Structured training

Yes, it felt uncomfortable, but that’s what growth feels like.

Once we’d built enough we revealed it 😎:
- Adjusted nutrition.
- Added strategic cardio.
- Kept intensity high.

This wasn’t a quick cut, it was: build first, reveal second.

15kg in 16 Weeks: Tahir’s Transformation
Meet Tahir!

Tahir, a devoted family man with a hectic schedule, realised he was unhappy with his health and physical appearance and decided it was time for a change.

He joined FLF with the goal of getting into the best shape of his life. Tahir wanted to look more muscular, and now he does. He was tired of feeling skinny and, inspired by the incredible results at FLF, he was eager to transform.

I had the pleasure of being part of Tahir’s journey alongside another PT, who is no longer with us. Together, we witnessed a stunning transformation not only in his physique but also in his mindset.

Despite a knee injury and two holidays during his transformation, we exceeded his initial expectations and crushed his goals. 🥳

Now, Tahir is entering a building phase where we will continuously increase his calories and push for strength gains while maintaining his current condition. 😎

I’m very excited for phase 2 of his journey!

Aaaaaaannndd we did it again!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🎊🎊🎉🎉

My client Cecilia has been featured on page 15 of July's Women's Fitness UK Magazine (Issue 2410)!!

Tbh this is way more than deserved for Cecilia after how hard she worked last year to achieve this 💪🏻😎

Here's a little 1.5 years transformation 😎

98/100kg on the left - 112/114kg on the right.

I've never posted this one as I like to think there's always more work to do but here I am. A bit of motivation for everyone to push a little bit harder this summer 💪🏻!

First pictures were a few weeks after finishing my 14 week cut with Justin Harris.

The second pictures we're from a training session shoot with Aaron 1 week into my first .

I've coached myself for all this period, Oscar helped me with the Training side of things for more than half of this journey 🤗.

3️⃣ factors that had the biggest impact in my transformation:

- Maximising programming and exercise selection.
- Prioritise ex*****on & control.
- Getting really really strong.

This year I've gone up to 124kg as my heaviest, and the goal before next year is to push up to 130/132kg before the next cut and potentially show 😎

Let the journey continues!

25kg down - 47 years young!

This is my client Darren and we've achieved this result by training together 3x per week for the last 8 months!

Darren has been in an out of the gym for a while, and after trying APD with me (Online Coaching) we decided to go all in and Darren signed up for 1-1 Personal Training with the goal of attaining his dream physique.

Darren has lost weight in the past but he was always unhappy with how he looked, this time round he wanted to have a physique he could be proud of! That’s exactly what we did!

Darren trained very hard and his strength increased significantly during our time training together.

As he got leaner we adjusted the exercises to emphasise the musculature that needed more work.

The diet was always flexible, he liked to eat out on the weekends so we adjusted the calories through the week to accommodate.

The thing I like the most is that Darren actually fell in love with the training and the whole process. He actually wanted to push his limits every training session.

Stay tuned for phase 2, this guy is a machine - nothing's going to stop him 🥳

This is Lory's transformation.

Lory and I have been working together for just over 6 months. Watching her becoming stronger, more confident & getting into the best shape of her life had been a privilege.

The goal was to create a strong, athletic physique and to help Lory feel good in her own skin.

Lory had never enjoyed training prior to coming to FLF. I focussed on making the session hard but fun & having her partner train with us helped keep her focussed and accountable.

Seeing both Lory & her partner progress & watching them get stronger from session to session is priceless to me. Being able to make such a big impact on someone life is why I love what I do.

Congratulations Lory on achieving such an impressive result!

I can't wait to see where this journey will take us!

0-32 weeks.

This is my client Nomaan.

This one feels special as me and Nomaan have been working together for almost a year now. Nomaan is one of the hardest workers I know inside & outside of the gym.

We had one goal - to get him in the best shape of his life. He trusted me and followed the process to a T since day one. Nomaan now has a physique to be proud of.

The fat loss phase lasted around 16 weeks where he lost a total of 20kg.

After that we increased his food and focussed on getting strong!

Since our lowest weight we are almost 7kg up & this is the best his physique has looked.

Now we are in a great position where Nomaan is stronger, eating enough food to fuel his training and is feeling energetic in his day to day life!

Nomaan was a pleasure to train and fully deserves this result!

Now our focus is adding more muscle. Let’s see what we can do!

0-22 weeks - Strength Camp

This is my client Nick from the 6pm Strength Camp.

Nick is 33 years old, we've been training together for 2 & a half camps and I can attest that his work ethic is incredible!

Nick had never done resistance training prior to joining FLF but thanks to the tailored nutritional plan and his consistency in all the different aspects of the process he became very strong and built an amazing physique.

Nick trained 3 times a week on Camp and 1 Strongman session at the weekends. We kept his protein intake high and implemented cardio a few times a week towards the end of the process.

What you don't know is that Nick actually got lean before the end of these 20 weeks but we decided to increase his intake & build him up for the final pictures.

Nick is currently enjoying his new physique on a beach somewhere in Turkey.

0 - 12 weeks

This is my client Adrian’s 12 week transformation who may I add is 56 years old.

In the initial consultation Adrian discussed his goals. He wanted to become strong, get in the best shape of his life & improve his hip injury all the while maintaining his aerobic fitness.

After 12 weeks of solid work I can confirm that we've achieved every goal on the list.

Adrian has ran a half marathon and is the strongest and leanest he’s ever been in his life.

The process was simple and effective. We trained together 3 times a week, nutrition was carefully tailored and monitored in order to maximise his results and the running was done on the days in between the sessions.

Now that Adrian is in the best shape of his life the goal will be to build his calories up slowly so we can push performance even more and he can become even better at the things he loves to do!
