WRLD Ride 6 Event #3 - P1

From the moment I started training on the Aprilia RS250 I had a good feeling with the bike and grew in confidence lap by lap. In qualifying I did a great lap to put me on pole. In the race I got the holeshot for the first time in the dry for the first time in 15 months, but I had a problem with the countdown graphic remaining on my screen so it disturbed my vision. I was being pressured by but unfortunately he went down and I just had to try and stay on the track which I was able to to take victory at one of my home tracks 🏆

Thanks to for the event I look forward to the next one I take part it ✊

Unfortunately I’m not World Champion for a third year in a row, but you can’t win every year 🤷‍♂️

In the sprint I was involved in an incident at turn 6 and recovered to P6 which I managed to finish in every Tissot Sprint this season.

In Le Mans I had a good start, but I was beaten up a bit. I recovered and then when it started to rain, I decided to take a gamble and box because at that point I was out of championship contention; I snatched the win at the line by +0.083 and kept my title hopes alive.

In Mugello I was feeling ok, but then on lap 3 or 4 I lost vibration in the front brake so I started to struggle and then I touched a kerb at Arrabbiata 2 and I crashed. I recovered to P7, but because of this mistake it meant I miss out on P3 by 2 points and P2 by 8 points.

Considering my problems this year with the feeling of the MotoGP 25 game, to finish P4 only 33 points from P1 is ok. Also, to be the only non Italian rider to win a race this season is something I’m proud of.

A big congratulations to because he did a fantastic job all season and deserves the championship 👏👏👏

Also, well done to & for finishing in the top 3 👏👏👏 even if they did just beat me by 8 & 2 points 😂

It’s time to rest, relax and reset and see what 2026 has to offer.
