How does my technical ability in playing and teaching tennis allow me to make a difference as fitness coach? 🎾

For sure knowing the scientific basis of training theory and having a solid knowledge of the biomechanics of human movement is something essential if you want to train an athlete in the best possible way regarding the physical part 📚🏋️‍♂️

Many times, however, this may not be enough...

Being able to perceive and know what your athlete feels and performs on the court and feeling it on yourself is a skill that I have built over time, having had experiences both as an athlete and as a tennis instructor 💡

To obtain great results, you know, you need to focus on the smallest details... and this is what is allowing me to make the difference 📈

Extensive plyometric exercises are a good starting point to begin improving your explosiveness for your sports movements and to strengthen the muscle-tendon structures in the lower limb.

These exercises must be gradually inserted into your training plan and can be the turning point for your sports performance and to reduce the risk of injury‼️
