Spinta dal mio insaziabile interesse e il desiderio di migliorare le mie conoscenze e le escursioni che organizzo ho partecipato con successo al corso "Foreste: i polmoni della terra". Questo corso è stato un viaggio educativo che ha rafforzato la mia certezza sull'importanza delle foreste, queste meravigliose oasi di biodiversità e vita.
Angetrieben von meinem unstillbaren Interesse und dem Wunsch, mein Wissen und die von mir organisierten Wanderungen zu verbessern, habe ich erfolgreich am Kurs „Wälder: die Lungen der Erde“ teilgenommen. Dieser Kurs war eine lehrreiche Reise, die mich in meiner Überzeugung bestärkt hat, wie wichtig Wälder sind – diese wunderbaren Oasen der Artenvielfalt und des Lebens.
Driven by my insatiable curiosity and a desire to enhance my knowledge and the excursions I organise, I successfully completed the course ‘Forests: the lungs of the earth’. This course was an educational journey that has reinforced my conviction regarding the importance of forests – these marvellous oases of biodiversity and life.

L'escursione al lago di Braies e ritorno a piedi fino a San Vigilio prevista per mercoledì verrà anticipata a martedì per questioni meteo. https://www.sonjatrekking.com/it/escursioni/16
Die für Mittwoch geplante Wanderung zum Pragser Wildsee und zurück nach St. Vigil wird aus wetterbedingten Gründen auf Dienstag vorverlegt.
The walk to Lake Braies and back to San Vigilio, originally scheduled for Wednesday, will be brought forward to Tuesday due to the weather.
