Un “semplice” allenamento per Ivan & Anna. Solo che il loro “semplice” è sempre qualcosa di speciale. Colori d’autunno ovunque: foglie che scricchiolano, colline dorate, profumo d’uva e boschi che cambiano veste. La voce di Anna che guida ogni passo, Ivan che segue con fiducia assoluta… e quella serenità che trasforma un allenamento in un piccolo viaggio dentro la bellezza del paesaggio toscano.
Niente cronometri, niente ansia da prestazione — solo la voglia di stare insieme, ridere, scherzare e sentire il ritmo della corsa tra i sentieri. A guardarli sembra tutto facile: due amici che corrono, si prendono in giro e si divertono come bambini in gita scolastica.
Ma dietro a quella naturalezza c’è coordinazione, sintonia e una fiducia che non si insegna.
Per loro è routine. Per noi, una lezione su cosa dovrebbe essere davvero la corsa: divertimento, spirito, buon umore e un pizzico di follia sana. Perché quando Ivan & Anna scendono in pista, non servono effetti speciali — basta vedere i loro sorrisi per capire che il segreto è tutto lì.
Correre leggeri, respirare l’autunno, fidarsi e divertirsi. E magari, alla fine, sentirsi un po’ tutti parte di quel passo condiviso tra le colline Toscane.
