You’re unknowingly taking advice from the wrong people and that’s why you’re still struggling with IBD
People who mean well, but their advice is going to make sure you *never* heal your gut.
These are the people who tell you to avoid fiber. Who make you believe that fibre is the enemy. Sure, certain types of foods should be avoided briefly on your healing journey. But if somebody tells you fibre is making you sick and to never eat some of the healthiest food because of it? Run away from them.
If you’re taking advice from people who can’t digest a simple bowl of fruit or a salad, you’re essentially taking directions from someone who is just as lost in the woods as you are.
Isn’t it crazy that the very thing your gut needs to recover is often the one thing you’re told to avoid?
To be honest, most people have no idea how to get rid of colitis and Crohn’s. Yes, they might help you to have a few less symptoms temporarily. But having no problems at all, ever again is an entirely different thing. This is because the narrative is that it’s “not possible” to do, so selling short term fixes works.
We don’t agree with this approach. And it’s why Shamiz has been so healthy without any problems for 14 years.
It’s why we’ve helped more than 1000 people completely change their health and have no issues moving forward.
It’s why our clients get better so fast when they work with us, despite trying for years.
We are not going to give you advice that keeps you seeking for years.
We will give you advice that works, time and time again.
You will know that your gut is healthy when very soon you can eat any high fiber food with ease. No discomfort, pain or bloating.
This is what we teach people to do. Once you work on the root cause of your disease and get your gut back to being healthy and strong, it thrives on fiber.
If you’re ready to stop listening to the fear-mongering and start following the science of how your body actually works, we’re here to help. Link in bio to book your free discovery call.
