In Punta Ala, in the heart of the Tuscay Maremma and in front of the Tuscany Archipelago, Villa Montecristo.
Its position allows you to make bicycle excursions through the countryside and in the “macchia mediterranea “, sites for international MTB-EBIKE competitions and road routes.
Villa Montecristo is on three levels, the ground floor is independent and has two bedrooms, one double and one single, there are two bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor there are the living room, the kitchen and a terrace with veranda and a service bathroom.
On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms equipped with Jacuzi and chromotherapy. A bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom.
Villa. Montecristo has a swimming pool overlooking the island of Montecristo, with hydromassage, water level height 1.50.
The sea is about 200 meters away on foot via a pedestrian path, otherwise 800 meters by car.

A Punta Ala, nel cuore della Maremma Toscana e di fronte all’Arcipelago Toscano, si trova Villa Montecristo.
La sua posizione permette di fare escursioni in bicicletta per le campagne ed i boschi, spesso siti per gare internazionali di MTB-EBIKE e percorsi su strada.
Villa Montecristo è disposta su tre livelli, il pian terreno è indipendente ed ha due camere da letto una matrimoniale ed una singola, ci sono due bagni con doccia.
Al primo piano ci sono il salone e la cucina ed un terrazzo con veranda ed un bagno di servizio.Al secondo piano ci sono tre camere da letto matrimoniali, due con bagno all’interno dotati di Jacuzi e cromoterapia. Una camera con due letti a castello ed un bagno.
Villa. Montecristo è dotata di una piscina con vista sull’Isola di Montecristo, con idromassaggio, altezza livello acqua 1,50.
Il mare dista circa 200 mt a piedi tramite un percorso pedonale altrimenti 800 mt con l’automobile.
Possiamo organizzare bike-tour e noleggiare biciclette ed attrezzatura.
