Prati Piani Prati Piani bestaat uit een villa, een bediendewoning (Casa Cantoniera) en een boerderij (Fattoria).

In 2001 hebben wij, André en Monica Smit, Prati Piani overgenomen van Margarita Vita, een telg uit het beroemde Agnesi-geslacht, dat in de omtrek bekend stond om zijn pasta. De laatste decennia is dit complex in gebruik geweest als hotel, het staat daarom in de omgeving nog steeds bekend als Albergo Prati Piani. Op het moment dat wij het kochten, was Albergo Prati Piani al vijf jaar gesloten en vo

oral de Casa Cantoniera en de Fattoria waren er erg slecht aan toe. Na heel veel werk hebben wij het weer in de oude glorie kunnen herstellen en ook voor een deel kunnen moderniseren. Wij willen de mooie omgeving, de rust en stilte en het gevoel van thuiskomen graag met anderen delen. We verhuren de mooie huizen voor een heerlijke vakantie, om te trouwen, feest te vieren met vrienden of familie of voor bedrijfsuitjes. Sinds 2 juli 2010 hebben wij in de voormalige stallen van de boerderij een restaurant geopend, exclusief voor de gasten.

Yes after 20 years we are leaving Prati Piani, Carpasio, Imperia because of personal reasons.
