🧜‍♀️ Our next Mermaid Camp is coming up this mid-term break!🧜‍♀️

We’ll be spending the week in the water learning how to swim like a mermaid, practising our underwater mermaid skills and, of course, having lots of fun in our mermaid tails!

Spaces are limited, so if your little mermaid would like to join us, please get in touch and put down a deposit to secure their place.

Pilates and Breathwork Classes ✨

Pilates classes are back in Bantry from September 7th — with options for beginners, mixed levels, men, and 1-1.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or move and breathe with more awareness - my classes will offer you a welcoming place to do that.

I am a Pilates and Breathwork instructor and I combine somatic practices with movement to focus on nervous system regulation so you can feel strong, grounded and relaxed leaving your class.

Weekly schedule from September onwards:

If you’re interested in trying something different and have a laugh in the water we are having a mermaid lesson in The Lodge Leisure Centre this Friday at 19.30!

These workshops are great fun, and you don’t need any experience to try it out. Everyone’s welcome!

I’m so excited to share the schedule for my final 6-week block of Pilates and Breathwork in Bantry before a summer break.

This is a wonderful chance for new participants to join and experience mindful movement and breath.

There is something for everyone! Chair Pilates, beginner, mixed level or men’s Pilates classes.

I also will be available for 1:1 coaching in functional movement and functional breathing sessions.

This block starts this week and spaces are filling up so contact me for any questions or queries!

I have a weekly online nervous system reset, where we practice breathwork and somatic techniques to help create a gentle shift in the body out of survival mode and into a more grounded, calm place.

No experience needed, just come as you are and connect with other like-minded women.

Durrus Pilates & Breathwork Class

If you'd like to try a bodyweight routine combining gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system, we have one more block of Pilates & Breathwork classes before summer!

Join us every Tuesday from 5pm-6pm in Philips Green, Durrus and feel good in your body and mind.

Welcome to all levels, I provide mats and props.

We use Pilates balls, rings, resistance bands and bodyweight to build strength and mobility so we can feel light in our bodies day to day.

You can join a class now to try it out, and sign up for the 6 week block starting 2nd of June.

For anyone that is interested in improving mobility, flexibility and posture while building strength in a safe way.

May is just around the corner, and I’m so excited to be back teaching in Bantry ✨

Here is my updated Pilates schedule for the month.
Classes are run in 4-week blocks as usual — €55 per block.

Each class weaves in breathwork alongside Pilates, helping you not only build strength and improve posture, but also regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body.

I offer beginner-friendly classes, so if you’re new to Pilates, you’re very welcome to join at your own pace 🤍

I also offer 1:1 Pilates or Breathwork sessions, focused on:
– Functional breathing
– Nervous system regulation
– Emotional release & reconnection
