Thank you to all of you who joined me for yoga on Mondays. Thank you for coming and for your wonderful presence. 🙏

We will see each other again in September, but in the meantime, here is what's on offer:

1.) Home personal training in July — morning, lunchtime, and evening slots available. Strength training or yoga.

2.) I will be subbing a few infrared group classes at World Class. You are more than welcome to come and move with me there.

3.) I am open to private group classes for 5–10 people.

What to look forward to in September 2026:
➡️ Yoga for women — hatha/vinyasa, all levels welcome.
➡️ Core, Strength & Control — a 7-week course using light weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and bodyweight.
➡️ Yoga for men — an international group.

Takk fyrir ykkur öll sem voruð með mér í jóga á mánudögum. Takk fyrir komuna og ykkar frábæru nærveru. 🙏

Við sjáumst aftur í september, en á meðan er þetta í boði:

1.) Heimaeinkaþjálfun í júlí — morgun-, hádegis- og kvöldtímar í boði. Styrktarþjálfun eða jóga.

2.) Ég ætla að leysa af í nokkrum infrared hóptímum í World Class. Þið eruð hjartanlega velkomin að koma og hreyfa ykkur með mér þar.

3.) Ég er opin fyrir einkahópatímum fyrir 5–10 manns.
