عیسی ایزدی: موی تای ایران میان واقعیت و ادعا زمان پالایش رسیده است/کسانی که تا دیروز تماشاگر بودند امروز مربی یا قهرمان ملی معرفی میشوند
نایبرئیس فدراسیون آسیا از مسیر جهانی تا دغدغههای جدی درباره رشد واقعی مویتای در ایران گفت.

وانجمن ورزش بینالمللی مویتای (AIMT)، با اشاره به مسیر طولانی فعالیت بینالمللی خود گفت: پس از ترک تیم ملی و پایان همکاری با فدراسیون ایران، مسیر حرفهای من بهسوی تایلند و مسابقات جهانی گسترش یافت و امروز بیش از دو دهه است که بهعنوان نماینده رسمی دهها فدراسیون بینالمللی مویتای در ایران فعالیت میکنم.
ایزدی تجربه برگزاری رویدادهای جهانی مانند فستیوال بینالمللی هنرهای رزمی تایلند را از مهمترین گامها در ارتقای سطح موی تای دانست و افزود: فستیوال جهانی هر ساله از دوازدهم تا هفدهم مارس در تایلند برگزار میشود و تنها محدود به موی تای نیست؛ بلکه تمام سبکهای رزمی اصیل تایلندی را در بر میگیرد. این جریان فرصتی است برای احترام به میراث رزمی و استادان بزرگ که با تلاش و همت جهانی زنده ماندهاند.
وی با اشاره به پروژه خیریه Prison Fight توضیح داد: این رویداد مبارزه در زندان نیست، بلکه نهاد انساندوستانهای است که برای جوانان اسیر در مسیر اشتباه، راه بازگشت به جامعه از طریق ورزش فراهم میکند. رئیس جهانی این مسابقات برادرم مسعود ایزدی است و با حمایت مشترک ما در سطح جهانی برگزار میشود.
ایزدی درباره افتخار کسب عنوان بهترین داور جهان در سال ۲۰۰۷ گفت: پس از دریافت این عنوان، مأموریت من تغییر یافت؛ آموزش داوران و نگارش کتابهای تخصصی را برای رشد علمی داوری موی تای آغاز کردم و از سال ۲۰۱۸ با دریافت درجه طلایی یا “گرند مستر” از وزارت ورزش و انجمن هنرهای رزمی تایلند، این مسیر را تثبیت کردم. مسعود ایزدی نیز در سال ۲۰۲۴ به همین افتخار نائل شد.
او سپس با لحنی انتقادی افزود: متأسفانه در سالهای اخیر افراد بدون پشتوانه آموزشی واقعی، تنها با خرید مدارک تقلبی خود را استاد بزرگ معرفی میکنند. این مسئله به ریشههای اعتبار موی تای آسیب میزند. قوانین فدراسیون جهانی باید مبنای اصلی آموزش در ایران باشد و رعایت اصول استاندارد آزمونهای «خان و مونگون» الزامی است. هیچ فدراسیونی با چاپ چند برگ و اعطای مدرک نمیتواند ادعای استقلال و اعتبار جهانی داشته باشد.
نایب رئیس فدراسیون آسیا در ادامه هدف خود را توسعه آموزشهای استاندارد اعلام کرد: تمام کشورهای آسیایی باید بر اساس یک سیستم واحد آموزشی فعالیت کنند. یکسانسازی آموزش، پایه پیشرفت مویتای در منطقه است و ایران نیز باید به همان مسیر پایبند باشد.
ایزدی درباره مرکز بینالمللی آموزش مویتای ایران گفت: مجموعه فرهنگی ورزشی برادران ایزدی با عنوان Izadi Gym International Muay Thai Training Center با هدف پرورش قهرمانان، مربیان و داوران تاسیس شده است تا نسل جدید مویتای ایران بتواند در مسیر جهانی رشد کند.
او با اشاره به چالشهای گذشته افزود: زمانی که برای نخستین بار به تایلند رفتیم، نامی از موی تای ایران در جهان شناختهشده نبود، اما تلاشهای بیوقفه مسعود ایزدی، پخش زنده تلویزیونی مسابقات و حضور در رویدادهای آسیایی باعث شد ایران در نقشه جهانی این رشته ثبت شود.
در بخش پایانی، ایزدی با صراحت از وضعیت فعلی موی تای ایران انتقاد کرد و گفت: روابط جای شایستگی را گرفته است. کسانی که تا دیروز تماشاگر بودند، امروز مربی یا قهرمان ملی معرفی میشوند، و قهرمانان واقعی یا خانهنشیناند یا مهاجرت کردهاند. این روند باید اصلاح شود تا تیم ملی واقعی موی تای ایران شکل بگیرد و بتوانیم با افتخار در مسابقات جهانی بدرخشیم.
او در پایان تأکید کرد: آینده موی تای ایران زمانی درخشان خواهد شد که عدالت و شایستگی جایگزین روابط شود و همه سرمایههای ملی این رشته در خدمت افتخارآفرینی برای کشور باشند.
EISSA IZADI: Muaythai in Iran Between Reality and Claims — The Time for Purification Has Come / Those Who Were Mere Spectators Yesterday Are Introduced Today as National Coaches or Champions
The Vice President of the Asian Muaythai Federation spoke about the global pathway and serious concerns regarding the genuine development of Muaythai in Iran.
EISSA IZADI, Vice President of the Asian Muaythai Federation, the International Muaythai Federation (IMTF), the Association Institute of Thai Martial Arts (AITMA), and the Association Sport International Muaythai (AIMT), referring to his long international career, stated:
“After leaving the national team and ending my cooperation with the Iranian federation, my professional path expanded toward Thailand and the world championships. Today, for over two decades, I have served as the official representative of numerous international Muaythai federations in Iran.”
Izadi considered the experience of organizing global events such as the World Thai Martial Arts Festival as one of the most important steps in elevating the level of Muaythai and added:
“The annual world festival, held every year from March 12 to 17 in Thailand, is not limited to Muaythai; it includes all traditional Thai martial arts styles. This movement is an opportunity to honor martial heritage and the great masters who have preserved it through global dedication and effort.”
Referring to the charity project Prison Fight, he explained:
“This event is not about fighting inside a prison; rather, it is a humanitarian institution that provides a path for young individuals who have taken the wrong route, helping them return to society through sport. The global president of these competitions is my brother, Masood Izadi, and with our joint support, it is held internationally.”
Izadi spoke about earning the title of Best Referee in the World in 2007 and said:
“After receiving this title, my mission changed; I began training referees and writing specialized books to promote scientific refereeing in Muaythai. Since 2018, after receiving the Golden Degree or ‘Grand Master’ from the Ministry of Sports and the Thai Martial Arts Association, this path has continued. Masood Izadi also obtained the same honor in 2024.”
He then added critically:
“Unfortunately, in recent years, some individuals without real educational background have introduced themselves as grand masters merely by purchasing fake certificates. This issue damages the foundation of Muaythai’s credibility. The rules of the world federation must be the main basis for education in Iran, and adherence to the standard Khan and Mongkol examination principles is mandatory. No federation can claim independence or global legitimacy simply by printing a few papers and issuing certificates.”
The Vice President of the Asian Federation continued, announcing that his main goal is to develop standardized education:
“All Asian countries must operate under a unified training system. Standardizing education is the foundation of Muaythai’s progress in the region, and Iran must adhere to the same path.”
Izadi spoke about the International Muaythai Training Center of Iran and said:
“The Izadi Gym – International Muaythai Training Center has been established under the Brothers Izadi Cultural and Sports Complex with the aim of training champions, coaches, and referees so the new generation of Iranian Muaythai can grow along the global pathway.”
Referring to past challenges, he added:
“When we first traveled to Thailand, the name of Iranian Muaythai was not known anywhere in the world. However, through the relentless efforts of Masood Izadi, live television broadcasting of events, and participation in Asian competitions, Iran was finally registered on the global map of this sport.”
In the final section, Izadi sharply criticized the current state of Muaythai in Iran and said:
“Connections have replaced merit. Those who were spectators until yesterday are now introduced as national coaches or champions, while true champions are either forced to stay home or have emigrated. This situation must be corrected so that a real national Muaythai team for Iran can be formed and we can proudly shine in world championships.”
He concluded:
“The future of Muaythai in Iran will flourish only when justice and merit replace favoritism, and when all national talents of this discipline serve the honor and advancement of the country.”
