During initial days of smoking, I was feeling that smoking was very cool and smart! But, as the days went by, number of ci******es consumed increased from 1 or 2 per day to 10/day.

I became completely dependent on smoking...
1. Could not have morning bowel clearance without a fag.
2. without a fag morning tea became completely useless.. particularly I needed to smoke to kill the sour taste filling my mouth after drinking tea.
3. Breakfast became unimaginable without a smoke.
4. After reaching office seat, at first I needed to light up a cigarette first.

The list can go on and on....
But, after 16 years of smoking journey, I was thrown an opportunity by the Universe to quit smoking and I grabbed that hard..!!!
Today I am free for ni****ne leading a blissful life..
