Physical Practices :
1.Awareness, Focus, Strength :This will help in triggering the parasympathetic system in the body, which further helps the mind to enter a more relaxed state.
2.Chest, Diaphragm and Breath :helps in strengthening the diaphragm and improving the capacity of your lungs.
3.Energizing, De-stressing, Relaxing :When there is more supply of oxygen to the blood, the entire body is stimulated, encouraging the spinal cord to send right signals to the brain.
4.Awareness and Stimulation(being aware of inhalation and exhalation).
5.Therapeutic, Healing and Ailments :Helps to reduce infections or allergies in the lungs, address issues related to asthma, with improved lung capacity clearing the passage with this deep breathing.
