MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The “All Arunachal Bodybuilders Interaction Program-cum-Meeting” was held on 19th April 2026 at Winner Gym, Naharlagun, under the chairmanship of Mr. Rige Kaye, Convenor, CCBBA. The meeting was attended by CCBBA members, bodybuilders, athletes, and officials from across Arunachal Pradesh.
Key discussions focused on the development of bodybuilding in the state, including upcoming events, selection and preparation for National Championships, participation procedures, training, nutrition, and athlete discipline. An open interaction session allowed participants to share suggestions and ideas for the growth of the sport.
It was unanimously decided to organize an All-Arunachal Inter-Gym Bodybuilding Championship in September 2026, featuring Men’s Physique (Open), Women’s Physique (Open), and Bodybuilding categories (55 kg to 80+ kg).
Further, a State-Level Championship (Mr. Arunachal) will be conducted after the Inter-Gym event to ensure proper athlete progression and selection of athletes for National Championships.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, followed by a vote of thanks by Mr. Nabam Abu, President, CCBBA
