This freediving season at DoV ended with a bang with all five of our students becoming certified freedivers 🌟💫

Freediving is officially growing in India with more of our athletes representing the country on the world stage (thank you Freediving Association of India 🔥) And we are looking forward to introducing a lot more of you to this amazing sport. Fair warning : it's pretty addictive!

Whether you want to go deeper, get competitive or just learn how to control your breath and relax, get meditative and look within - we got you covered. We will be doing pool workshops this off season with the incredible, inimitable Shubham Pandey so that you can get ocean ready before the season opens. Stay tuned for that! 🖖💛

It's been a mad month, and in the middle of it all, a new chapter began.

Grateful to .jey.patil for the guidance, immense knowledge and a great sense of humour :), to and Seemant for the constant support and encouragement, and ofcourse our instructors for acing the classroom and ocean sessions like the champs that they are.
