6 ways to lose fat:
• Exercise - This is the most important and efficient way to lose fat. Fat is nothing but stored energy and by exercising you're using that stored energy. Do proper amount of strength training and cardio to use the stored energy.
• Reduce sugar and simple carbs - These provide empty calories without much nutrition which makes you gain fat. Try eating complex carbs like whole grains(oats, broken wheat, etc).
• Eat fruits and vegetables in every meal - First they improve your health with so much nutrients. Second they are less caloric so eating them won't result in fat gain.
• Don't underestimate your sleep - Less sleep makes you lethargic which results in less or no exercise and increase your cravings for junk food.
• Plan your relapses - Relapses are inevitable and they can hinder your progress. But this can be avoided if you plan how you will tackle your relapses, what exercises will you do at home when gym is closed, how will you eat healthy on a trip? Answer these questions to avoid relapses.
